I've always thought she was a beautiful actress. While I admit I kind of hated her role (being John's girlfriend) in TSCC, I thought she did a great job with the character.
Anyway, being that I have been so nice to Riley Dawson (wiki member) lately, I figured it was only fitting that I make a thread for Leven.

"Nina,
Right show, right season, wrong character." That's what happens when I fantasize about all the women in the season having a sleepover. I mix up the minor characters who happen to be brunettes.

Apparently the charges were lowered from a Felony DUI to 2 Misdemeanor counts of DUI: Driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level at or above 0.08.
Misdemeanors are a less serious offense that Felonies. Usually they mean fines instead of jail time, and loss of driving license for a period. Because the biker wasn't seriously hurt, it's likely Dekker won't face a stiff penalty with jail time, but he will have to pay a sizable fine at the very least. We'll know more after he's arraigned on Friday.
