John and Cameron are in the start of thier relationship and Chola has been staying with them for a while. She's been hiding out after a t-888 tried to kill her in the process she met a guy, Thomas, with no connection to the future or skynet was also targeted. Thomas is just normal and the nerd type good with computers. Another machine named Jessica claiming she was sent back to protect him shows up and throws Thomas's relationship with Chola in danger. Jessica knows things about Thomas and so do John and Cameron. John also knows why she was sent back and what happened in the future.
