This seems like a better idea than just posting separate threads for each item when they appear, to wit:
I'm going to be posting any news items of the cast and crew in here. NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE. Links only obviously, but if it appears on Google News, it goes in here. Yes, that includes the link for Summer and Cooper in the paparazzi shots. If it's in Google News, it goes in. No filter. Item 1) Thomas Dekker is cast in another Indie film, this time as a lead alongside Jeremy Piven (most famous for portraying super agent Ari Gold in the HBO series Entourage). The film's name is Waska, based on a novel of the same name, and Dekker plays a young father who's 3 year old son freezes to death on a fishing trip. Piven plays the local prosecutor who's bringing a criminal case against Dekker's character. Other names associated with the project: Mira Sorvino, Kate Walsh. Link here: http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory?id=9203522 Item 2) BAG is going to return in a Spring 2010 episode of Smallville as Metallo. http://insidetv.aol.com/2009/11/23/brian-austin-green-returning-to-smallville/ Item 3) This article ( http://www.thecelebritycafe.com/features/36344.html) has a rundown on who is involved with the Zach Stentz and Ashley Miller script for Thor. Apparently it's being directed by Kenneth Branagh (!!!!), whom is a familiar name to film buffs such as myself. Branagh is most well known (and widely acclaimed) for his versions of Shakespeare plays, ranging from Henry V, to Hamlet, to Much Ado About Nothing. The Let's Show We Still Own The Internet Idea for the Week) Please post copious comments telling this reviewer that TSCC doesn't suck ( http://www.obsessedwithfilm.com/mcg/matt-reviews-terminator-salvation-blu-ray.php). Here's a line from the review "And please, don’t give me flack for calling out that Fox show, it sucked."

There's a new version by SurfingEagle with an editor and Chrome support.
I'm willing to endorse this version. The following is outdated. This thread is for the popular GreaseMonkey user script I wrote. This will be the place where you can hear the latest news and get the latest version or leave feedback. Latest stable version (recommended) Latest beta How to Install Untaint requires the GreaseMonkey add-on for Firefox. You'll need the following if you don't have it already: - Firefox - GreaseMonkey add-on (restart Firefox after installing) - Untaint I recommend you get the Adblock+ add-on as well.

I was thinking about making a thread like this the other day when Moe, myself and a couple others were discussing ways of help one another with writing. I'm not an expert nor have I wrote anything that's more than a couple thousand words, but I know there's a lot of excellent writers on this site, and I think it would be a good idea if we could use this thread to post anything that could be used to help people become better writers.

As some of you know; myself, Jenkehs, and Akuji attended this year's Starfury Convention in London last weekend.
During the meet-n-greet session where the actors visit us table by table and talk for 5 minutes, Jen asked Dekker about the possibility of a continuation and he basically repeated what he'd already told the media so far, but advised her to ask BAG about it as he is more involved in the project. So when Brian came over and Jen popped the question, and after cursing Dekker for putting him on the spot (^_^), he gave us these few tidbits: > All of the actors are ready and willing to jump back into any continuation, though Lena is currently pregnant at the moment. > They're pushing to involve Josh Friedman in the writing, but if he is unavailable they're planning to bring in Zach Stenz (and possibly Ashley Miller) and the writers from "Goodbye To All That" to work on it instead. > James Middleton is in partnership with someone (unnamed) and they're working together to broker a deal for the future. > A series isn't quite what they're aiming for. A DVD movie or even a proper film is their goal. > The movie will continue the story exactly how it was supposed to, but they hope that if it's successful they can create a sequel to take it up a notch. > When asked if fans could donate towards the project, Brian stated that this would be unnecessary as funding is available. Pretty much all of this we already knew, but both Brian and Dekker made it pretty clear that the ONLY thing holding it up is the licensing agreements and all that red tape. The bottom line: we're getting our continuation, it's simply a matter of WHEN. And also, Dekker does an amazing impression of Catherine Weaver. :D

It's been almost a year since we created this place. We had problems with the Wetpaint-appointed administration, so we moved. Now we have problems with Wetpaint once again, but this time it is of a more technical nature. Becaue of the change in direction the company has chosen, all wikis hosted here suffer from more and more problems, and as it is, it's hard not to wonder how long we will survive. Thus, it is once again time to ask ourselves a very important question: what the fuck should we do?
There are those who feel we must move to a new place if we want to survive and there are those who disagree, as they believe it would kill what remains of our community. Both of these thoughts have merit. It's true that a second move might decimate what remains of our numbers, but it is equally true that we're finished even if we stay. Either the constant technical problems will kill us, or people will simply move on anyway as time goes by. It is the view of the administration here that a second move, whatever the risks associated with it, would at least give us a fighting chance. It might also be an opportunity for us to revitalize our community by broading our horizons a bit, perhaps by dealing with more than just TSCC and/or Terminator in general. But - this is only if people are actually interested in doing this, and that's where this thread comes in. So, do you agree or disagree with these thoughts? Naturally, if nobody is interested then we'll stay here and make the best of our situation. If not, then we must decide what kind of place our new home should be. So please take this opportunity to voice your opinion on what you think we should do! Your thoughts will determine our future!

Well guys, it has been suggested that a name change might be in order, to help differentiate ourselves from the old wiki. We think this is a good idea. Given the results of the name change vote on the wiki, we figured we could just work from that and trim the title a little, dropping the "Terminator" prefix.
How do you all feel about that? If you don't like the idea, we can arrange another naming contest, and hold a vote on it, like last time. If not, we'll just edit the banners accordingly now.
